So after the reappearance of the Chocolate Delice on the show a couple of weeks ago (as an immunity challenge for Dani, up against Eamon Sullivan), I decided I'd take it on to serve at a family gig this weekend.
It didn't quite end up looking like the Masterchef version.

In my defence, it tasted super awesome and the family loved it. I think I got the elements right, there was just a couple of .....ah.......presentation issues. The big shocker for me was the FOUR hours it took me to pull it into this pathetic state. For those of you out there not glued to Masterchef every night at 7.30 (except Saturdays) - this took the contestants 90 minutes to complete (and to a much higher standard might I add).
I think the next season of Masterchef is well and truly safe from my presence.
