A castle fit for a princess! This palace belongs to a family friend whose fairytale 21st party was this weekend. The cake is all choc-mint with lots of milk chocolate ganache. The castle is all edible except for the towers. The photo doesn't capture it very well, but the bricks, windows and tower tops have all been painted with shimmer, which looked so pretty! I barely stopped myself from painting the entire cake with shimmer.
Today I'm working on my entry for my local show and my birthday cakes (that's right, plural).
